Una Europa Pilot MOOC in Team Science

From overcoming cognitive bias in scientific collaboration to securing funding for team science projects, the Una Europa Pilot MOOC in Team Science equips researchers with the skills to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.

Spearheaded under Una.Resin, Una Europa's flagship Horizon 2020-funded project, this pilot seeks to unlock the power of cross-disciplinary collaboration by empowering researchers with a fundamental understanding of team science through the following modules:

  • Module 1: Team science and its science (Mateusz Hohol, Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie)
  • Module 2: Boosting collaboration: cognitive biases and their impact on research team (Clio Dosi, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna)
  • Module 3: Overcoming the cognitive biases: the ACT matrix (Silvia Cau & Matteo Vignoli, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna)
  • Module 4: Leading and managing research teams (Daniel May, Freie Universität Berlin)
  • Module 5: How to deal with team problems (Alain Lacroux & Clémence Pillot, Alexandra Kaupp, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne)
  • Module 6: Opening the doors of the Ivory Tower: Action research, living labs and quadruple helix teams (Beata Jałocha, Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie)
