Whether it's about meeting new people, sharing your academic experiences or enhancing intercultural competencies and multilingual skills - the "thing" which brings us together in Kraków is a shared vision of the University of the Future.

Apply now to join us!

Created and inspired by young, ambitious people like you, the Una Europa Student Congress aims to reimagine the concept of education in the future, upgrade student networks and make sure sustainability is a priority at all levels. We will reflect on how the university should look in 10, 20, even 30 years' time. The Una Europa Student Congress will provide a forum for discussion on the role of universities in European societies in the future.

Throughout the Congress, you will get acquainted with a range of projects, activities and initiatives that were created or inspired by members of Una Europa. Moreover, you will be part of establishing a unique transnational European campus. You will get the chance to meet and share your thoughts with other students from universities across Europe.

The Una Europa Student Congress is a physical event held at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. 48 students representing the eight participating Una universities (6 students per partner) will have the opportunity to meet face to face in Kraków.

Dreaming and co-creating with the Future UniLab

During the three days of the Congress, you will have the opportunity to propose, discuss, work and present solutions to four questions that challenge us to develop innovative solutions that tackle daily obstacles in academic life.

The working sessions will be divided into eight focus groups with the objective of answering four pre-selected fundamental problems of the Future UniLab, the Think Tank of Una Europa, as follows:

  • Values: What is the essence of the European University of the Future?
  • Sustainability: How can universities become future-proof and resilient in an ever more rapidly changing world?
  • Integration: How to integrate the universities with their ecosystem - locally, nationally and internationally?
  • Instruments: How should the digital dimension of the university of the future be conceived?
