Presenters have 20 minutes to develop their topic. There are also 10 minutes for Q&As after each presentation. Last, but not least, the winners of the “First Una Europa competition on global governance research” will be announced during this event.

Una Europa Global Governance Research Group

The Una Europa Global Governance Research Group is an interdisciplinary research team composed of members of the Una Europa alliance. Founded by Prof. María C. Latorre (Facultad de Estudios Estadísticos, Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and Prof. Jan Wouters (Faculty of Law, KU Leuven), the group aims to offer relevant advice to policymakers grounded in cutting-edge research, while pedagogical collaborations are also envisaged.

The project's interdisciplinary approach is achieved through the involvement of Senior Academics from each of the eight UNA Europa Universities, as well as an additional partner, Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University. The founding members of the Una Europa Global Governance Research Group have experience in developing applied research, which is relevant for policymakers. Driven by a desire to go deeper into these relations, the group have developed a series of seminars called "Dialogues between policymakers and Academia".
