Una Europa Staff Week 2023: Embrace Equity, Empower Inclusion
Alma Mater Studiorum Universitá di Bologna and the Una Europa Diversity Council are organising the third Una Europa Staff Week, which will take place in Bologna from 16 to 20 October 2023. We are now launching a call for participants for the Staff Week, which will be targeted to professionals working in the following areas:
- Human resources, in particular services for inclusion of diversity and employment protection
- Student services, in particular services for special needs, the right to study and the management of specific targets (for example: minorities, international students, diverse abilities, LGBTQI+ groups)
- Any other administrative area working and providing services on diversity, equity and inclusion
About the Una Europa Staff Week Format
The week will be hosted and organized by a different partner each year. Physical and virtual workspaces will be combined to jointly develop the programme of the Staff Week and to follow-up and stay connected afterwards.
Involving staff from all Una Europa partners, the Una Europa Staff Weeks will lead to the establishment of professional networks covering many central aspects of university administration.
The format for the Una Europa Staff Week is one of the Joint Innovative Formats initiated under the 1Europe project and developed under the Una.Futura project.
