Cross-border Careers Launchpad

The Cross-border Careers Launchpad – Transform your Una Europa journey into an international career

In today's interconnected global economy, adaptability and intercultural competencies are more than advantageous – they are essential.

The Una Europa Cross-border Careers Launchpad was borne out of a commitment to empower students with the skills, understanding, and experiences required to thrive in the increasingly diverse and international workplace.

Una Europa encourages its students to leverage the alliance’s international context, resources and opportunities, to consider careers beyond their national borders.

What is the Cross-border Careers Launchpad?

The Launchpad is an online platform where students can access materials, guidance, and unique opportunities to enhance their employability and intercultural skills. Whether seeking to start your career journey or aiming to expand your professional horizons beyond borders, the Launchpad has been designed to support your aspirations.

What will you find on the platform?

The Launchpad has been broken into sections, each of which shares resources or opportunities which are intended to support Una Europa students to develop the skills, mindsets and experiences needed to pursue careers in the global job market:

This section aggregates resources intended to develop your ability to work and collaborate effectively across different cultural backgrounds. These resources can be used to advance your intercultural skills for a future international career or even support your participation in a range of Una Europa student activities.

Detailed descriptions of intern positions available at Una Europa vzw are provided here, including insights into the competences these roles develop.
