Una Europa internships provide master’s and PhD students from our partner universities with the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience in a vibrant international higher education environment, based at our headquarters in Brussels. Employed and paid under a Belgian Professional Internship Agreement contract, you can benefit from a full-time, six-month internship.

Brian Talty was active in the Una Europa Local Student Task Force at University of Helsinki and the Una Europa Student Board before undertaking an Una Europa an internship in 2023. He now works as a Policy Officer in Brussels.

“I formed lasting friendships with fellow participants at the Una Europa Student Congress. Afterwards, I decided to apply for the Student Board because I saw it as a great opportunity to work with the student forum, a group of people who shared similar values and were pleasant to work with.
